Sets are not one file, it depends on how many cutters are in that set. You must add on the same quantity of this listing as to how many files you are ordering.
To order, add the correct size and quantity you want. Then, you must add to the notes section before checkout the name of the cutter you are ordering. Make sure the cutter you want comes in the size you want to order. Not all of our cutters come in all sizes. The cutter name must match how it is listed on the website - we have a lot of similar cutter names.
The easiest way to ensure a correct order is to copy and paste the name and size into the notes section.
Files that are 2", 2.5", and 3" are $3. Files that are 3.5" and 4" are $4. Files that are 5" and up are $5.
We will manually email you your files within 24 hours - during business hours.
WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING TECHNICAL SUPPORT. It is up to the customer to know their 3D printer settings, slicer settings and any other 3D printing issues you may have.
Due to the digital nature of this product, NO refunds will be issued. If you are not able to print the cutter, this is a slicer or printer problem and no refunds will be issued.
We have the right to cancel any orders that are left unresponded to after 5 business days. This means if there is no note and we send an email and do not hear back within 5 business days, your order will be canceled.
