2026 Halloween Pop Up Plans

Ok here we go! Halloween 2026 Pop up plans are here! I am starting on this next week - baking, decorating and freezing. If you watched the Cut It Out Cutters Patreon Video on the Halloween Pop Up, you saw the behind the scenes process on how I pick and choose the designs I'll link below.

-If something is linked to Amazon, it will be linked from my Amazon storefront and I make a small commission if you purchase anything linked from there (at no extra cost to you).

Here are the plans:

Singles

  • 3.5" Mouse Ghost Boy & Girl

I'm so excited for these this year! I love a magical element to a pop up - and they're a great seller. Last year I did the mousey pumpkin and it was great but a lot of detail. I feel like with the mouse ghosts and pumpkins, you get the same effect but less detail so you can pump them out faster! Time is money.

  • 3.5" Mouse Pumpkin Boy & Girl

***Please ignore the horrible printing job - I was using my at home printer not office printer - but you get the point! This template - along with circle sticker is listed under the $5 tier on Cut It Out Cutters Patreon! So so cute and easy - with a mystery element that kiddos will love. I am doing the bag method shown here - printing on cardstock and folding like this. But I know a lot of other cookiers doing the cup method. I will link the cups as well!

These are going to make a great single option - the 3.5" is large and the perfect size to make an old school ice cream pop cookie!

I've linked the jumbo popsicle sticks I got from Hobby Lobby in the picture. above. I also used the double bag method here to attach the sticks to the cookie with the cookie being totally heat sealed for freshness! This is how I do it: heat seal the cookie with the smallest bag that will fit it. Attach the stick with tape - I use two pieces. Then with a slightly bigger bag, slide that over the cookie and stick and tie at the bottom with a pre-tied bow - or anything to tie it together. So cute!

I have fun plans for this one! If you have an eddie, this is how I plan to do it:

-flood the cup white-print the orange ghost image(I will have this on Cut It Out Cutters Patreon)-outline and flood the straw (purple for me)-then with thick white icing, do the whip topping and top with a sprinkle mix-lastly with thick colored icing (lime green for me) and a 102 piping tip, pipe the bow on the straw. Boom. Done.

This is one that looks complicated but it super easy when you break it down. If you don't have an eddie, you can flood the cup orange and do a wet on wet for the ghosts, or use a stencil to airbrush any halloween pattern on the cup!

  • 6" Coffin Cutie - Mummy or Ghost

These coffin containers are also from dollar tree so snag them if you can find them. They have a couple different colors. If you order the case from their website, it will be a mix of both colors. The Coffin Cuties Collection on my website was specifically designed for these containers. This year I'm doing the mummy or ghost. Last year I did the skeleton.

  • 3.5" Orange & Black Set - just bag

This mini set is so adorable but I think I'm only using the bag in a 3.5". I plan to scrape the face black, spray glitter, and flood the face and back orange, green and purple to have three different options. I plan to put sprinkles in the top for "candy."

This is ALWAYS a great seller. And it's easy with the stencil to scrape on after you flood! I have done this every way possible and my favorite is a colored flood - neon green, hot pink and orange with a black stencil scraped on. It pops and looks amazing!

I added this one because I wanted something to say "halloween" and I did the halloween fancy text and it sold so fast - I did not have enough. We do have a matching stencil but I will be printing these with the eddie and spraying with edible glitter.

Ahh I can't wait to do this guy. If you know me you know I love to decorate a coffee mug for some reason but make it Halloween and I'm in! I think I'll scrape the black for the mouth and eyes, flood green, outline the handle in black and flood alternating colors. Thick royal icing for the whip with a sprinkle mix, then a jack head transfer (possibly printed or with marker)

Okay that wraps up the singles I have planned, now that is MAINLY what my customers like - big fat single cookies - which I love but I also love a good mini set. So I made a list of minis I want to do this season. I won't cookie all of these but I will do some and hope they sell!

Minis

I plan on using the eddie on these. First, flooding the whole thing white and printing the backgrounds (stripes - listing on Cut It Out Cutters Patreon) then either printing transfers or piping them, and finally adding the frames with regular outline and flood. I think these would be SO cute and relatively easy.

I love these so much. I've done a cookie class with them and offered them at my pop up! I think for these, I will flood orange, green and purple and then pipe the ghost on in white like I have in past years! Or maybe all purple?

I'm thinking of putting these in a sleeve with a green bow! How cute?! Also flooding them basic color and then with outline adding swirls on each hair for a cute and easy detail. With glitter also!

These also in a sleeve - with a bow - minus the smarties one. How cute??

These are CUTE! A lot of the detail can be added last with an edible marker. Or full on print them! I still haven't decided on how I want to do these but I know I want to do them!

Cookie Cakes

  • Ghostface Cakes

I don't remember where I saw these but I am OBSESSED. I'm going to do my mini cookie cakes in these tins. I'm doing purple for Halloween. Then I will use white and black buttercream with a star tip in the shape of ghostface on the top!
