Back to School Pop Up Plans - 2026
It's that time.. my brain is turning with all the back to school plans because it will be here before you know it! So this is what I plan to make for my porch pop up - some items are new, some are from past pop ups that my customers loved!
Mini Clipboards
This is the basic idea - but I'm making a few changes. A new printable file will be up on CIO Cookie Prints Patreon for Eddie & Blue users.
I'm using the 2.75" x 3.5" size
Stuffed Apples
These pictures are from valentines and teacher appreciation. The right one has the apple stuffer set inside in a 2". But this next time I think I'm going to do 3" cookies and do one of each - the apple, the A+, and the pencil.

Pencil Pouches
I haven't made these yet but when I saw them in Walmart I knew I had to use them for packaging. I went back and got 12 of each color. They're only .97 each! I plan on putting three cookies inside. I might put them in a box before putting them in - still not sure yet.
I'm still not sure on how I want to do the lay out - here are a few screen shots. The coffee and notebook are 3.5" and the marker is 4".

I love these so much - and my customers do too! So easy and fun. The recipe I use is from Alexis at Cookie Loo Cookies

Cake Pops
Ohhhh yeah. I said it. I plan on doing three flavors and three shapes. More details to come here. I will make a separate blog post on making and decorating cake pops and link it here.
